This class is designed to activate core stabilizing muscles while also extending the spine. With the use of yoga blocks, balls, rollers and bands we will perform pilates type exercises while concentrating on the core muscles. Enjoy this morning class each Wednesdays at 8:45am.

A core integrated practice which attributes alignment and its daily functioning from our nervous and connective tissue systems. Attention to fun innovative sequences with intro to complicated postures and arm balances are interwoven throughout. Come join us each Thursday at 5:00pm.
